• There’s no cost to schedule a phone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, explore the training topics I cover, and discuss your company’s specific goals and needs. My priority is making sure the training is the right fit for you before any commitments are made. You can reach out to me directly via the phone number or email provided at the bottom of each page on this website, or you can use the form on the contact page and I will reach out to you as soon as I am able to.

  • If we decide to move forward after our initial consult, we’ll select a start date that works with both of our schedules and secure your spot on my calendar.

    There will be an initial deposit of $2,500 which will need to be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the start date of your scheduled training. This ensures travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental vehicles, etc.) are confirmed and secured. It also allows adequate time to adjust schedules if necessary. The full remaining cost will vary based on several factors, including:

    • Geographic location

    • Scope and customization of the training

    • Duration of the program

    • Travel requirements

    You’ll receive clear pricing once we define the details together.

    Any remaining balance not paid prior to our start date must be satisfied by the end of our second day of training. If this requirement fails to be met, your deposit will be retained and the training will conclude.

    At the end of our first day working together if you feel the training is not delivering value or meeting your expectations, I will refund the full amount of any payments received prior to the start of training, on the spot — before I even leave your job site.
