My outlook on training has always been to strive to be the leader that I needed when I was in the field. While I have tens of thousands of hours of field experience as well as thousands of hours training new (and old) contractors/installers/sales reps etc., I still do not know everything (and I promise, none of us do) but what I am confident in is that when the time comes where I may be faced with an obstacle, a situation, a circumstance or even just a question I don’t already hold the answer to, I have the resources and contacts to find the solutions to these problems and I welcome the opportunity to gain further insight into this industry. My intention with this website is to not only act as a means of communication between potential clients and myself, but to also serve as a hub for resources for the installers and company owners out there in the field, as well as anybody else who may find these resources useful. Between my time in the field and my time as a regional tech/trainer, I know many of the things that can save you time, save you headaches, and in some cases even save your ass.
